Cancellation Policy
To support a productive and reliable lesson experience, please review the following booking policies: Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule their own voice lesson up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Changes made after this window cannot be accommodated. Booking Window Lessons must be booked at least 12 hours in advance. Same-day or last-minute bookings are not available in order to maintain scheduling consistency. Vocal Health Disclaimer Your vocal health is your responsibility. Please arrive warmed up, hydrated, and aware of your physical condition. If you are experiencing illness, vocal strain, or symptoms that may impact your session, please reschedule within the allowed window. Online & In-Person Sessions Both session types follow the same policies. For online lessons, please ensure you have a stable internet connection, a quiet space, and any necessary audio setup. Thank you for respecting these guidelines—they help ensure a high-quality learning experience for everyone.
